We’re on the lookout for three talented graduates to be a part of our transformative Graduate Programme. These exciting opportunities are based in our Fishing, Aquaculture and Vegetable divisions.

For this role, you'll need:

• A recent tertiary degree in any field, not necessarily related to the primary industry. We welcome graduates from all disciplines.
• A passion for embracing new challenges and driving innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities

Programme overview:

During the two-year programme, you will dive into a range of pivotal functions, including but not limited to operations, sales, supply chain, and procurement. Through hands-on participation, you will contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and hone your skills in a real-world setting.

Across a series of placements, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate between our branches, cutting-edge processing factories, and our dynamic head office.

This unique practical structure ensures that you gain a holistic understanding of our business, from ground-level operations to strategic decision-making.
